Adata is presenting a whole range of new memory products Adata at CES 2026. Among them are external SSDs and DDR5 for consumers, Cudimm as well as server SSDs and RAM for enterprises. At Adata, the leitmotif “AI” also stands for “Advancing Innovation”.
Adata at CES 2026 External SSD with NFC
Two external SSDs are still presented as a “project”. Project TapSafe is an external SSD with integrated Near field communication (NFC). Many people know the radio technology for the near range from the smartphone, where it can be used, for example, for contactless payment or the online ID function. In the case of the SSD, it should in turn be used to unlock the encrypted data.
NFC Portable Solid-State Drive, whose protected data can only be accessed via NFC sharing with a smartphone or smartwatch. The Longsys subsidiary Lexar has already placed the principle in the Lexar TouchLock Portable SSD on the market.
Project BulletX relies on USB4 and recycling
While the above-mentioned Adata SSD relies on post-consumer recyclate (PCR) for 50 percent, the share of Project BulletX is even supposed to be 85 percent. In addition, 50 percent recycled aluminum will be used. The case contains USB4 technology with which the external SSD should be able to transfer data at up to 4,000 MB / s. USB4 was also a topic at Adata last year when the SE940 SSD was presented at CES 2025. However, since we are talking about a project at first, the market launch should be a little long in coming. Even the SE 940 has not yet arrived in the local trade, instead there is still the SE 920 to buy, but it is already betting on USB4.
128GB DDR5 CUDIMM for Consumer
CUDIMM alias Clocked UDIMM is a new standard for working memory, which ensures higher clock speeds from the factory – more about this in this article. Adata is bringing the industry’s first 4-rank DDR5 CUDIMM with up to 128 GB per module to CES. He had successfully completed the first tests on an Intel Z890 platform. However, in view of the extremely increased RAM prices, this is in several respects a pure prestige product that hardly anyone wants to be able to afford.
But Adata also wants to show CUDIMMs and CSODIMMs with 64 GB and 7,200 MT / s as well as present the XPG NOVAKEY RGB DDR5, for which the CES 2026 Innovation Award was already given in advance. The latter operates at 8,000 MT/s, delivers up to 32 GB per module and is largely made of recycled plastic and aluminum.
Server products
The enterprise segment with storage products for data centers has also become an important second pillar for Adata. SSDs and storage latches will be shown at CES 2026 under the Trusta brand created for this purpose (TRUSTA in the corporate spelling).
But not all of them are really new, because, for example, the PCIe 5.0 SSD T7P5 with up to 13,500 MB / s was already a topic at Computex 2025 with the launch of the brand.
In addition, the PCIe 4.0 SSD IU2P41BP, intended for edge solutions, will be issued with up to 8 TB. DDR5 ECC CU-DIMM and CSO-DIMM from the Adata Industrial brand and DDR5 R-DIMM from the Trusta brand are also on the program.
More than just storage
In the meantime, Adata has established itself very broadly and has long been offering products away from the storage media. Among them are cases such as the new Invader X Elite, which offers a proud 410 mm space for extra-long graphics cards and supports motherboards with rear connectors. But this, like the SFX power supply Pymcore Platinum 1000 W, for example, was already shown at Computex 2025.
Adata will also be showing coolers and even gaming chairs at CES 2026. If you are not on site, you can take a look at the event page of the manufacturer.
